Understand the job
Start with the original read, ECU details, vehicle specification and the customer's intended use. Agree a realistic objective.

Analyse the calibration
Use WinOLS and our own software to examine the relevant data, understand the calibration and plan the changes.

Develop and review
Build the requested calibration and review changes against the original. Work around the vehicle's hardware, condition and agreed requirements.

Support the result
Work with the tuner through writing, checks and feedback. Discuss further investigation or a workshop visit when the vehicle needs hands-on attention.
